Do you do custom sizes or engravings? +
Yes! We offer custom sizing for bulk orders (5+ pieces) and laser engraving for an additional fee. Contact us with your requirements and we'll send a quote within 48 hours.
How long does shipping take? +
Within Karachi: 1–2 business days. Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days. International orders: 7–14 days depending on destination. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
What's your return policy? +
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on unused boards in original condition. If your board is damaged in transit, just send us a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? +
Yes, we work with restaurants, hotels, gourmet shops, and interior designers. Wholesale discounts start at 10+ pieces. Email us at hello@graincraft.pk for a catalogue.
Can I visit your workshop? +
Absolutely — we welcome visits by appointment. Come see how the boards are made, choose your own piece of walnut, and get it shaped while you wait. WhatsApp us to book.
My board cracked — what do I do? +
Cracks usually happen from being left wet or put in a dishwasher. Send us a photo — if the crack is minor we'll walk you through repair. If significant, we offer a one-time replacement at 50% off.
